On 05 October 2022, MPC received a delegation from Academy of Brunei Studies, Universiti Brunei Darussalam, as part of their “Introduction to Brunei’s Maritime Economy” module. The delegation of 14 people, including a lecturer and students arrived at MPC Cruise Ship Centre, and was given a safety presentation from HSSE, followed by a brief presentation on MPC by Marketing and Business Development team.

Following a Q&A session, the delegation was then given a tour of the Muara Conventional Terminal (MCVT) and Muara Container Terminal (MCT). Through this educational visit, it is hoped that the students were able to gain knowledge and experience the thriving development and progress of the maritime and port industry in Brunei Darussalam. Also in attendance was MPC’s Chief Operating Officer, YM Mohammad Fazilah bin Hj Md Yassin.
