On 19^th February 2021, Muara Port Company’s management and staff celebrated the Chinese New Year at the Cruise Ship Centre.  

Chinese New Year, also known as Lunar New Year or Spring Festival, is China's most important festival.  Leading the celebration was the Chief Operating Officer, Fazilah Yassin. The celebration was officiated by having all the management doing the tossing of yee sang, a tradition at Chinese New Year celebrations. The tossing of the Yee Sang is seen as a symbol of bringing in good fortune and prosperity.  The staff were served with variety of Chinese cuisine and dishes.
