Mid-Autumn Festival 2020
On 1st October 2020, Muara Port Company’s management and staff celebrated the Mid-Autumn Festival at the Cruise Ship Centre. The Mid-Autumn Festival is also known as the Moon Festival or the Mooncake Festival and is the second most important festival in China after Chinese New Year. It is an evening celebration where families gather together to light lanterns, eat moon cakes and appreciate the round moon.
Leading the celebration was Mr Lyu Guoli, the CFO of Beibu Gulf Holding (HK) Co. Ltd. This is the third time MPC held this in its effort to introduce Chinese culture and festivities to the local employees.
