MPC’s National Safety Month Awareness
On 2nd June 2021, in conjunction of National Safety Month, Muara Port Company (MPC) held the National Safety Month at the Cruise Ship Centre that was hosted by HSSE department. The event started with an opening Doa’ by one of the staff members. The event proceeded with a short speech by Fazilah Yassin, the Chief Operating Officer. He highlighted that the objective of the event is to promote and encourage the awareness of the importance of safety to prevent accidents and injuries.
Also in attendance were the Port Community which includes Darussalam Pilotage Services (DPS), Bee Seng Shipping as well as Archipelago Logistics.
The management and the staff of MPC had the opportunity to leave their hand print on the banner to show their support on the awareness as it will leave mark on MPC’s history and the event concluded with a group photo session and refreshments.
