The Muara Port Company Sdn. Bhd. (MPC) conducted a Blood Donation Drive Campaign in collaboration with the Blood Donation Centre, RIPAS Hospital to kickstart the new year of 2022, held for 3 consecutive days starting from Monday, 14^th February 2022 until Wednesday, 16^th February 2022 at MPC’s Cruise Ship Centre in the Muara Port.

This initiative is in line with MPC’s Corporate Social Responsibility to support the ever-growing need for the blood supply for the Blood Bank in Brunei Darussalam. Leading the campaign were MPC’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr Zeng Caili and accompanied by MPC’s Chief Operating Officer, COO Fazillah Yassin. Also supporting the event were the Port Community in Muara as this is to bring the community closer in together helping the Nation’s Blood Bank.

The objective of the event was to raise MPC’s community support, in an effort to provide the “gift of life” through blood donations, to lead a healthier lifestyle, and to aid the increase of blood supply for those in need while continuing to carry the theme “Donate Blood, Save Lives, We are MPC!”.

It is hoped that MPC will continue to demonstrate their commitment to be vigilant on its employees’ health and safety, awareness and care for the environment, and foster community involvement in various social programs and projects, in line with the company’s social responsibilities.
