Thursday, August 8, 2024. TRAPHY Physiotherapy & Sports Science Centre offered a free postural assessment for the staff of Muara Port Company Sdn. Bhd. (“MPC”) at their headquarters.

TRAPHY, a renowned holistic center specializing in musculoskeletal and sports-related issues, provides a range of services including rehabilitation, recovery, and performance enhancement. Their aim is to promote overall well-being by addressing both physical health and athletic performance.

Over 40 MPC staff members participated in the assessment, reflecting a strong interest in improving their work-related posture and overall health. This engagement highlights a growing commitment to workplace wellness and ergonomics, as employees seek to address common issues such as back pain and repetitive strain injuries.

In addition, the free postural assessment was designed to raise awareness among MPC staff about the importance of maintaining good posture and achieving a healthy work-life balance. The initiative also aimed to educate employees on how proper posture can prevent common workplace-related musculoskeletal problems.
