On 18^th July 2019, Brunei welcomed the maiden call of Genting Dream cruise ship that was in the country as part of its five-night round trip journey from Singapore to Kota Kinabalu (Malaysia) and Muara. The luxury vessel was docked at the Muara port Cruise Ship Centre and departed on the same day, carrying 3,000 passengers from countries across the region.

Ministry of Primary Resources and Tourism’s (MPRT’s) Deputy Permanent Secretary, Wardi Hj Mohd Rosli hosted a reception to welcome arrival of the ship. MPC’s Management was also invited on board the Genting Dream Cruise Ship and was shown the many facilities available on the luxury vessel.
