Tuesday 1^st August 2023. About 40 donors donated blood at Blood Donation Drive at Cruise Ship Center of Muara Port Company Sdn Bhd (MPC). The donation drive was in collaboration with the Blood Donation Center, RIPAS Hospital.

The initiative is in line with MPC’ Corporate Social Responsibility to support the ever-growing need for the blood supply for the Blood Bank in Brunei Darussalam. Leading the campaign were MPC’s Chief Finance Officer, Mr Lyu Guoli. The event was also supported by the Port Community at Muara.

The objective of the event was to raise MPC’s community support, to provide the “gift of life” through blood donations, to lead a healthier lifestyle, and to aid the increase of blood supply for those in need.

MPC hopes to continue and demonstrate the commitment to be vigilant on its employees’ health and safety, awareness and care for the environment, and foster community involvement in various social programs and projects, in line with the company’s social responsibilities.
