Sunday, 21 September 2025. In a show of continued dedication to community involvement and women’s empowerment, Muara Port Company Sdn Bhd (MPC) proudly supported the EmpowHer Run 2025, an initiative hosted by the Perbadanan TAIB Group of Companies (PTGOC), which includes Perbadanan Tabung Amanah Islam Brunei (Perbadanan TAIB) and its subsidiaries, Insurans Islam TAIB Holdings Sdn Bhd (IITHSB) and Darussalam Holdings Sdn Bhd (DHSB).

The event, held in conjunction with International Women’s Day 2025, carried the theme “For ALL Women and Girls: Rights. Equality. Empowerment.” MPC’s active involvement included sponsoring five of its staff members, who joined over 1,200 participants running through the vibrant heart of Bandar Seri Begawan along Jalan Sultan Omar Ali Saifuddien (SOAS).

The participation not only promoted physical wellness but also reinforced MPC’s dedication to fostering inclusivity and encouraging its employees to champion meaningful causes beyond their daily work. At the same time, MPC prioritizes work-life balance by supporting activities that allow employees to engage in community events, promoting both personal well-being and professional fulfillment.
