Sunday, 27^th August 2023. Over 20 Muara Port Company staff participated in the charity obstacle run for the Children’s Cancer Foundation (YAKSA) at Taman Haji Sir Muda Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien.

Yayasan Kanser Kanak-Kanak (YASKA) is an NGO that provides support for children diagnosed with cancer undergoing treatment and their families, aiming to increase awareness of children’s cancer in Brunei and to build nurturing communities for families affected by childhood cancer.

Among the objectives of MPC participating in the event is to have work-life balance as it is the key part of a healthy and productive work environment.  

The charity event was also part of MPC’s ongoing efforts to support children with cancer and their families. The company recognizes its corporate social responsibility and seeks to make a meaningful contribution to the community.
