Wednesday, 3^rd April 2024, The Muara Port held its annual charity drive Ihsan Kasih to 12 socio-economically challenged families in Ulu Tong district as part of the company’s corporate social responsibility.

The drive is being held in conjunction with the holy month of Ramadan to help local families and alleviate their burden during this holy month and the impending Aidilfitri festival.

MPC sent a delegation of 30 staff members and management led by the Chief Executive Officer, Mr Wei Jinfeng and the Chief Operating Officer, Fazilah Yassin.

The ‘Ihsan Kasih’ program journey to Tutong district was assisted by the Penghulu of Mukim Ukong Haji Mohammad Danial bin Abdullah Yakub and Long Mayan Head Village, Muhammad Hafizul Azmee bin Abdullah Zaman.

MPC in a statement said that it is hopeful to continue demonstrating their commitment through various social programs and projects while at the same time instilling the spirit of good deeds, generosity, and kindness among MPC’s management and staff.
