Monday. 14^th April 2025. Muara Port Company Sdn Bhd (MPC), together with Muara International Fish Landing Sdn Bhd, jointly hosted a Hari Raya celebration at Serambi Suluh Hall, Tarindak D’Seni, welcoming around 600 guests in a festive and meaningful gathering.

The event was graced by the presence of several Cabinet Ministers, including Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office and Minister of Finance and Economy II, Dato Seri Setia Dr Awang Haji Mohd Amin Liew bin Abdullah; Minister of Primary Resources and Tourism, Dato Seri Setia Dr Haji Abdul Manaf bin Haji Metussin; Minister of Development, Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Muhammad Juanda bin Haji Abdul Rashid; and Minister of Transport and Infocommunications, Pengiran Dato Seri Setia Shamhary bin Pengiran Dato Paduka Haji Mustapha.

Also in attendance were Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Transport and Infocommunications Ir Haji Mohammad Nazri bin Haji Mohammad Yusof, Chinese Ambassador to Brunei Darussalam Xiao Jianguo, deputy ministers, senior government officials, as well as clients, stakeholders, and prominent figures from the business and public sectors.

MPC’s Chief Executive Officer Wei Jinfeng and Chief Operating Officer Fazilah Yassin, along with the management teams and staff from both companies, warmly welcomed the guests. The celebration aimed to foster closer ties with stakeholders, clients, and the wider community, while expressing appreciation for the support that has contributed to the companies’ continued growth and success in Brunei Darussalam’s maritime and fisheries sectors.

Guests enjoyed the festive atmosphere and the opportunity to connect personally with company representatives, further strengthening relationships that play a vital role in the nation’s economic development.
