Wednesday, 3^rd July 2024. Another milestone has been reached by Muara Port Company (MPC) with the donation of a complete public address (PA) system worth $6,000 to surau Maktab Teknik Saiful Rijal (IBTE) Campus.  

Presenting the donation to the surau was the Chief Executive officer, Mr Wei Jinfeng.  Receiving on behalf of the ‘Surau’ was the Head Imam, Yang Mulia Awang Khairul Anwar bin Rudyratno.  Also present were MPC Chief Operating Officer, Fazilah Yassin, MPC staff, and ‘Surau’ Takmir Committee members.

Mr Wei Jinfeng, the Chief Executive Officer of MPC said the donation is aimed to support the ‘Surau’ IBTE Campus to enhance their communication channel at the same time strengthen community relationship as part of the company's commitment in providing support wherever possible.  

In a statement from the surau this generous donation will have a tremendous benefit and hands-on-experience will be very valuable to the surau’s committee, surrounding community and the students.

The public address system, which includes advanced speakers, and an integrated control system, is expected to significantly enhance the auditory quality in the ‘Surau’ especially during calls of prayer and special events.

MPC will continue demonstrating their commitment through various social programs and projects while at the same time instilling the religious spirit of good deeds, generosity, and kindness to the community enlarge.
