On 19^th May 2022, attendees of CIPD Training Certification from various Government Linked Companies (GLC) organized by Royal Brunei Airlines (RB) in collaboration with Darussalam Assets (DA) visited the Muara Port Company Sdn. Bhd.  Leading the participants was RB’s own Chief People and Performance Officer, Awang Hj Abd Nasir bin Hj Bolhassan.

The event started with a welcoming remark by Fazilah Yassin, the Chief Operating Officer of MPC followed by overview presentation from the Marketing & Business Development Department.

Highlight of the event was the presentation of the Certificate of Attendance of CIPD’s HRBP Development Programme to the recipients by RB’s CPPO and witnesses by MPC’s COO and DA’s Human Capacity Development Manager, Awang Salehin Basir.   It then ended with the exchanged of gifts and group photos.

The objective of the trip was to strengthen the relationship within logistic players by exchanging ideas and SOP (Standard Of Practice) especially during COVID-19 situation, manpower planning and training conducted to assist in MPC port activities.  

The group get to tour the Muara Container Terminal (MCT), as well as going up the Quay Crane which was surely a memorable as the group were exposed to new experiences.
